the usb ports were a bit tricky. however, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, the breakfast had a wide spread of food, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

this hotel is amazin! the staff were super nice, especially jawad and barq. the location is perfect, just steps away from a yummy lebanese restaurant and the galata tower. our suite was so spacious and shiny, and the spa and pool area are top-notch! definitely felt safe walking around as a couple.

the bathroom setup was a bit odd with the sink outside, and could use more space to hang stuff in the shower. also, the side street view wasn't the best but I wasn't in the room much anyway.
